The access logs of the AnkhSVN downloads are not generated for some reason.
Can anybody look what is going on?
(With over 27K downloads over +- the last week at least some access records should be generated)
Hi Bert,
I'm very sorry about the lack of logs.
It looks like you've found a hole in our download history code. I believe we're not generating results for you because you didn't upload an RSA key for the console upload service. Naturally, this shouldn't be necessary; logs should be provided for projects whether they use the console upload service or the website upload service. If this is the problem, it's a bug we should fix.
I'm sorry that I can't confirm this as the problem yet; it's a holiday today and I have a pre-arranged commitment for the rest of the day. I will continue to look at your problem tomorrow. In the meantime, if you like, add an RSA key on your account edit page and this should hopefully fix this moving forward. If you like, I can work with our operations team to get you the historic logs.
Thanks much for using Ohloh's download service,
Andy
@Andy,
Thanks for your input.
Sander Rijken actually used the console upload service to initially upload our 3 downloads, but let's see if it helps if I add a RSA key too.
Not really, I used the http / web-based uploader. I wonder if I should set an RSA key too?
It can't hurt to have two manager accounts with an RSA key but I believe we just need one to make the project's log appear.
