Kudos and negative project size.

Due to the known bug with the line counting, one of my projects is now about 10Klines in negative size.
Is this why my kudo rank is 1 even after about 200 commits ?

Hi Bart,

Kudos are not influenced by total lines of code, so the line counting bug will affect your kudos.

You can receive kudos in two ways:

(1) Another Ohloh user can give you kudos directly, or

(2) Another Ohloh user clicks the I Use This button on a project to which you have made commits.

Even if you make commits to a project, you don't get kudos for them until another user says that they use the project. For the pluk compiler, the only user signed up so far is yourself, and Ohloh doesn't allow you to give kudos to yourself.

It looks like you do have a new direct kudo from amoswenger. After our nightly update, this should result in a bump to your KudoRank.

Let me know if you have more questions,

Robin

my kudo is still 1 after 744 commits, so it seems that doesn't get counted.
