SFTP down?

not sure if it's a local or a remote problem atm, but it seems my uploads are not getting through anymore, I get a timeout error...

Thanks for reporting the problem. I can confirm that the upload SFTP server is not reachable. We are currently investigating the cause.

Hi Seb,
We had a server crash over the weekend. This made the upload server unreachable, but this particular situation did not trigger our normal server monitoring alerts. We are still investigating the root cause of the problem, and will revisit our monitoring setup.
However, the system is now back online, and you should be able to upload your files now.
