wich software - plattform - framework use Ohloh?

Im new around, and browsing the project seems really functional and usefull.
Does anybody knows in wich software and or plattform and or framework is the Ohloh.net

Ohloh is written in Ruby on Rails, using PostgreSQL and running on Ubuntu.

That means is a full taylor made soft, not run under specific platform (like drupal or plone)

Yes, Ohloh is fully custom.
Most of Ohloh is not available for download.
Some parts of it are open source, though.
Our source code line counter Ohcount is available here.

No, I am not aware of any other web site that uses Ohloh software.
