Project Summary

Sirocco is an open-source multi-cloud manager that provides unified access to multiple heterogeneous Cloud Providers through a single point of entry. Sirocco exposes a unified IaaS API that is an implementation of the DMTF CIMI standard. This API is extended to allow users to express placement constraints on the resources they want to provision across multiple clouds. Sirocco performs the matchmaking between these constraints and the capabilities of the providers using a rule-based system and a planning engine.
