Since the beginning, Sourceforge
has been used as the SimpleID project’s main host, including its source
repository. A mirror of this repository has been hosted at
Github.
Because there is better support for Github in many continuous integration
... [More]
systems, as well as better support for pull requests, the primary source
repository will be switching to Github.
In practice, not much will change. Sourceforge will continue to host a
mirror of the Github repository, as well as hosting release builds.

For many years, Trac has been used as the
source code browser, issuer tracker and development documentation tool for the
SimpleID project, with the latest being self-hosted at
https://trac.simpleid.koinic.net/. Trac was chosen at the time due to its
... [More]
closeness to the Subversion version control system, as well as the lack of a
better solution.
With the source code repository migrated to git and improvements to hosted
issue tracking systems, it is now time to retire Trac in favour of Github.
Existing developer documentation
knowledge base articles
and open issues have been
migrated to the SimpleID Github project. SimpleID’s source code repository
remains hosted at Sourceforge,
although this is mirrored at Github.
