Project Summary
Petroula aims to make up an automated system for weather forecasts using a Bayesian classification for predict weather from known cases in the reference period. Each case (and each class) is characterized by some meteorological variables and their trend in the previous day.
The weather forecasts will be accessible for third parties applications trough a Web Service (MeteoService) provided in the project.
The project comes also with a custom ASP.Net WebControl (MeteoControl) for displaying forecasts and a complete WebSite that uses the control.
