Kazehakase is a browser with gecko engine like Epiphany or Galeon and can also be built to use the gtk-webcore engine.
It includes tabbed browsing, remote bookmarks (including RSS, Atom, LIRS and hina-di), variable UI based upon user level. It also supports customisable mouse gestures and key accelerators.
