Orcc (Open RVC-CAL Compiler) is a compiler under BSD license for the RVC-CAL dataflow programming language.

It can generate code for any platform, including hardware (VHDL), software (C, Java, LLVM), and heterogeneous platforms (mixed hardware/software) from a platform-agnostic, high-level design.
