Improved documentation and packaging. Now includes far JAR for easier operation.

Small bugfix release, fixed system wide fsp protocol support installation. Uploaded to Maven central as well.

WML was written in mid 90's and it is not maintained anymore. It was removed from unix distributions because it does not compile on newer system. Website switched to hugo. This means that we can start update website once again. Hugo is much easier to work with then WML.

Since Bazaar VCS was not maintained for years and Python 2 needed to run bzr is not supported anymore it is time to migrate. We moving to Git. Git won VCS war against bzr, has more tools and its integrated with pretty everything. FSP drifted through ... [More] history hosted on lot of VCS. 1. It started with rcs 2. moved to gnu cvs. It is rcs with networking. 3. then to svn 0.8 by Collabnet. Its cvs with better branches. 4. then to gnu arch - first distributed VCS available 5. then Tom Lord Arch improved gnu arch and called it tla. 6. Canonical likes the idea of distributed VCS and wrote Bazaar in Python. 7. and now we are in Linus Git. [Less]

FSPLIB now builds with SCons 3.0 used in combination with Python 3

FSPLIB, C FSP library, gets updated. There are no code changes - only SCons build system was updated. It builds correctly scons dist on SCons 3.0.X and user supplied install prefix is now respected; that was user reported bug. https://sourceforge.net/projects/fsp/files/fsplib/0.13/
