Encog Machine Learning Framework

Very nice and easy to use library. If you're doing ANNs in Java, you definitly want to use Encog.

A nice Machine Learning API. Does neural networks, but also works with Support Vector Machines, Genetic Algorithms, Simulated Annealing and more. Lots of functions for stockmarket prediction as well. C# version as well.

I have been looking for a neural network library that was easy to use and with frequent updates for visual studio.

Encog opened neural networks to me.
