Project Summary
emuStudio is free, plugin-based platform for computer emulation. It is written in Java, so it's cross-platform.
It is a base for emulating various computers, in any level of detail. Currently there are available only some old-fashioned and abstract computers, ready for emuStudio.
Architecture of emuStudio is focused on splitting a virtual computer into components and emulate each component by separate software module, so called 'plug-in'.
Plug-ins are developed separately, following so-called communication model. Anyone can take those components and combine them into a working computer, just by drawing simple computer schema.
