Project Summary

The Amanzi Wireless Explorer is the GIS scripting platform based on uDIG and using JRuby for scripting GIS analyses. The target users of this tool are mobile network planning and optimization engineers, but the capabilities are of use to a much wider audience.

The platform includes the Neo4j embedded database for flexible data storage, a spreadsheet supporting a Ruby-based DSL for formulas and macros and a number of custom analyses focused on analysing measurements from mobile networks.
