Fixed several issues in the 2 python scripts that caused time-outs while blasting or updating the CITES database, updated the README and added a test dataset

Updated the blasting method of the CITES_check.py script, it will now parallel blast a larger number of sequences and correctly handle blasting errors. Added an extra column in the output file that will display the species for each blast-hit, regardless if it is a CITES species or not.

CITES_Check.py now BLASTS 50 sequences at once, rather than 1, this speeds up the BLAST process a bit. Changed the CITES output, removed some duplicate information (blast hit species). Added some additional comments in the scripts
