Technical Issue Help : Unable to add enlistment with username "dev-trial". Char '-' not working in username

I'm unable to add enlistment with username dev-trial. Char '-' not working in username. Also the password contains a '-'. Why that? SVN URL: http://dev.powerfolder.com/powerfolder/svn/PowerFolder/trunk username: dev-trial password: dev-trial
