I do mostly HTML and JavaScript. I'm mostly a Linux user, not a coder, but I'd be willing to work on README and help files. I know it's tedious to correct all the grammar and spelling after all of the programming.

I use far more programs than listed in my stacks, but I may eventually get most of them. I have Ubuntu on my laptop, and Debian on my old PC. I used to run RedHat Fedora.
