Technical Issue Help : Changing "used technologies"

Ok, this is awkward. Looks like my memory of this feature per person, combined with skimming over 'related projects', mixed up into something nonexistant in my mind. On the other hand, it would ... [More] perhaps be interesting for the wishlist: creating a list of other projects (libraries, tools, IDEs) used in development of a particular project. e.g. a C++ game adds gcc and SDL, a Python text editor adds python, wxwidgets and wxpython, ... Feedback Forum : ...enlisted in a sf.net repository...

Just a small thing: when I enlisted a code.google.com repo, it showed up as Google Code repository. While I could have enlisted other projects as sourceforge.net (which would, I'm sure, result in ... [More] showing up as Sourceforge repository) I have not. So, just a tiny thing: it might be good to add a label for sf.net, namely Sourceforge. [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Suggestion by mdpdev

It might be interesting to see the number of projects in queue before certain project gets updated (for example, on KDevelop's or Firefox's project page, a small line mentioning number of projects ... [More] that need to be updated before KDevelop or Firefox gets updated). And if/when that is done, perhaps a small graph of total number of projects in queue on all servers displayed through time ;) [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Allow using badges on forums (updated)

Hi, Since I am a user of several forums, I'd like to add a badge or two in my signature. Yet, I cannot do that because Ohloh only provides Javascript code, and kind-of threat. I'd be more than ... [More] willing to include a link and an image; however, the forums I'm using don't allow more (and rightly so). Is there a chance of providing simple, HTML-only, non-JS code that I'll be able to convert into BBCode, or even prefabricated BBCode, like Imageshack does? Thanks in advance! P.S: // edit I'm referring to project pages. I'd like to have something similar to the user pages' BBcode and HTML code. [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Please dont work with gravatar anymore

I am also wondering if using a third party service for avatars is good. First, I wonder what Gravatar has to gain from partnership with other sites (except network traffic bills)? Don't you wonder ... [More] that they might be in some kind of data mining operation? Does Ohloh want to be a part of it? On the other hand, I believe that Gravatar is a nice idea -- it's painful to maintain consistent avatars across the web. And you're welcome to block Gravatar's domain in your browser's settings. (Adblock is a nice plugin for Firefox/Iceweasel, Opera has it built in, ...) [Less]
