This is an amazing platform to create an analyse complex mathematical models.

Although its main focus is building complex meta-populational models connected in a network, it can be used to automate large scenario analyses where the same model needs to be run repeatedly with different parameters.

Its model construction interface is very flexible allowing for user developed models that are written as a pure python module. This Module can, however import Fortran code compiled with f2py for very efficient model code.
