3D viewer which arranges BLAST hits and other bioinformatics-related alignments in a rotating, cylindrical display. NOTE: requires Java3d installation.
Reads files in formats: BLAST XML, its own proprietary XML, GFF3, ClustalW, INSDSet. Users may add more formats using XSLT.
