Well, I'm not sure. What I did was change my alias for the project (from my svn login -- julio.biason -- to my Git id -- Julio Biason.) I'm not sure if that won't remove my previous results but, at least, the current ones seems to be working.
Ok, found the solution: The tiny Edit text is actually a button, where you can change your position on the project. There I renamed my login account and now Ohloh counts the commits as mine.
