May I suggest community help?
I think it's quite clear that the project is seriously troubled. You're experiencing serious infrastructural issues, projects do not update, stats do not update, you're inundated with constant failures etc.
May I suggest the following:
- Open a donation line to fix your infrastructure issues. An AWS spot instance of m4.large in N.East zone would run you around 0.014 * 24 * 365 = $123/year (34 cents a day or $11/month). This burn rate is so ridiculously tiny you can easily finance 10 instances per month via Patreon or a similar community donation channel.
- If you need help with migrating your workloads to the cloud I and I'm sure quite a few of your users would happily lend a hand.
