Project Ring not updated since one month

Hi,

Project Ring https://www.openhub.net/p/ring does not update anymore (no update since one month) even after trying to use various git clone methods (http, https, git).

Thanks for your help.

Following my post, the Ring project has finally been scanned by OpenHub.
But now, it stucks into a No recognizable code warning...
As I can clone the code with given GIT repository URL and see files (almost .cpp and .h) I wonder what's the problem.

Guillaume,

I noticed that as well when I was pushing it to finish. I brought the repository down to my desktop for a look and found innocent-enough looking C++ code in there. We have two kinds of recognition for source code; some of it is by extension only (the oldest cases) and in other cases it is done via an algorithm. As the routines are updated they are generally also given an algorithm for recognizing the flavor of source they are looking for. Occasionally our recognition fails due to some peculiarity of the content of the headers or a characteristic of the editor which created it. I'll need to look in-depth at some of the headers and if I don't see something glaring, I'll need to call in the experts. Will need to wait until Monday or Tuesday (depending on snowfall!) and I'll look into it.

Thanks!

Guillaume,

Take a look now. Analyzed on Sunday, March 01, 2015 based on code collected on Friday, February 27, 2015.

It apparently had not finished the analysis. Let me know if anything is odd.

Thanks!
