Registration mail sent to wrong address - account name still claimed
A friend tried to sign up on OpenHub, but managed to misspell his email address, so he never received his confirmation mail. As a consequence, his account name is now taken and cannot be re-used. He tried contacting your support team more than a week ago but has not received an answer, so I hope that I can help him by posting this here.
