PSPad (https://www.ohloh.net/p/pspad) is not open source, it is (only) freeware, see also first sentence of http://www.pspad.com/en/donation.htm How to delete this project? (Report duplicate isn't working as it requires a duplicated project in the form)

Looking at the currently-offered zip file, there IS some source in there but precious little. The license is sort-of
open but without the full source to back it up... Mostly it's an .exe (4mb) and a Microsoft redistributable DLL.
Probably won't happen this week, but ping me again on Tuesday if I forget.
