Support for git replacement refs

Git provides a way to provide replacement commits. I have used this in the gnushogi project, to graft a proper import of old releases in place of the quick-and-dirty timeline-breaking import that started the official git repo.

The Savannah repo now shows the replaced history (in fact they had nothing to do, just me pusing refs/replace/* was sufficient), and Ohloh stats would greatly benefit from it as well (look at the lines of code graph right now...). I guess it would not be much more work than just fetching refs/replace/* from the repository - maybe this could be an opt-in feature which project admins could select, although I wouldn't see why some project would be using the feature and not want ohloh to see them.
