Cannot rename project although name is not used
Hello,
the Apache Commons community wants to have all components monitored by Ohloh (see [1]). Now I'm going through all the components that have already been added to Ohloh and try to bring some structure into the chaos :-)
For some reason I can not rename the Commons IO project [2] to Apache Commons IO. I get the message that the name has already been taken. However when I search for Apache Commons IO
there is no result with that name. What's wrong? We really like to have all components prefixed with Apache
.

I'm experiencing the same problem with Commons Trnasaction (https://www.ohloh.net/p/commons-transaction) which I cannot rename to Apache Commons Transaction.
