Where my js code in project?

We have open-sourced our lines-of-code counters and somewhere in there is our JavaScript recognition engine. It's mainly written in Ruby. I suspect that the problem is that something in there is looking for a specific identifying sequence which isn't being found in your code. We've been improving our identification strategies but perhaps the JavaScript code needs a new look... Let me know.
