Unable to claim commits

I seem to be unable to claim the commits for Respect/Foundation
The list should all be mine.
https://www.ohloh.net/people?q=Nick%20Lombard

Specifically these commits:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/Respect-Foundation/contributors/2649395674208167

I've been trying from every possible angle over several weeks to no avail, please see if you can find something skew to straighten out.

Thank you for an awesome project you guys simply rock!!!

Did I post this to the correct forum? Who should we call on for these types of enquiries?

Perhaps if I give a more detailed report:

Synopsis:

There are contributions found by the ohloh service which relate to commits done by me but I am not able to claim these commits as my own and have them included on my profile.

To reproduce:
Search for people Nick Lombard https://www.ohloh.net/people?q=Nick%20Lombard See 3 results, one as unclaimed commits from Respect\Foundation another for contributions from json-schema.org. Click on the button labeled Claim This Contribution

What happens:

Page opens on the profile nickl with a notice message that reads:

Commits by 'Nick Lombard' will be renamed to 'nickl-' and linked to your Ohloh account. Changes will not take place until the next Ohloh update.

Weeks go by but these commits never end up belonging to anyone.

What do you expect to happen?

The next time I visit ohloh I and search for Nick Lombard I should only see my profile, looking at my contributions it should reflect these commits for the project in question. None of these expectations are met.

From my profile my role on Respect Foundation https://www.ohloh.net/p/Respect-Foundation/contributors/2649393526441294 only shows 2 commits
The unclaimed committer https://www.ohloh.net/p/Respect-Foundation/contributors/2649395674208167 116 commits.

Environment

Using Chrome Version 23.0.1271.101 on Mac OSX 10.8.2

Notes:

I have tried to approach this from every angle but all result in the same notice message that it will happen on the next update, but yet the commits remain unassigned.

I've even tried to invite myself and never got the email both to my registered mail and to an alternative so that will not succeed either.

What is strange is that these commits are already assigned to the appropriate name nickl- and they should just be linked to my account in any case.
From the commit log on Respect\Foundation. https://www.ohloh.net/p/Respect-Foundation/commits?time_span=12+months

Lists Nick Lombard as nickl-

Any ideas, suggestions, words of moral support perhaps? If you require more information or a hand, will happily pitch in...

Regards,
