Pentaho: general cleanup of entries/enlistments

There are several projects / sub-projects. Some enlistments have changed, some cleanup/merging is in order. I am not familiar enough with Pentaho to handle this.
Can you contact all the managers (I saw 3) of these various projects in one common email asking them to update/merge as they see fit?
