ICU download stuck

I'm sorry it has been so long with no reply. I missed your original post.
It looks like we're having trouble pulling the log of this project, because svn returns an error at revision 15652. You should be able to reproduce it like this:
$ svn log -r 15652:15652 http://source.icu-project.org/repos/icu/icu/trunk
svn: REPORT request failed on '/repos/icu/!svn/bc/15652/icu/trunk'
svn: REPORT of '/repos/icu/!svn/bc/15652/icu/trunk': 200 OK (http://source.icu-project.org)
Any ideas what might be causing this?
very, very interesting. Running it from the developer access (ssh) it says:

Obviously some bad non-utf-8 in there. Hm, I could propedit it to fix the log. I will look around to see if there is some way to get http to just ignore the broken chars.
Probably what happened, is back in the wild days of CVS, a user checked in a log comment with Windows charset or Latin-1 or something. The character in question should be Ü
.
I've finally fixed that item. Not sure how to check for more of these, but I'll request a re-import.
cleaned out all of them, clean log view! I'll resubmit..

Hello, can you check why https://www.ohloh.net/p/icu/enlistments is failing? I think I have fixed its line feed issues through r14883 at least.
There was a problem on Ohloh's end. I cleaned it up and there's a new analysis now.
Please let me know if it looks incorrect in any way.

Hi! Stuck again, looks like the last item pulled was r30712 but it should have picked up next r30729
ICU4J (same server) seems similarly stuck.

Rescheduled the updates for ICU4C and ICU4J both of which finished OK.
Re ICU4C, Analysis page is at Jan 25 2012 and last commit is at 2012-01-23.
