Enlistment read problem

I just noticed there is a problem reading one of our enlistments @ https://www.ohloh.net/p/joomla/enlistments
Any help/advice would be great.

Mea culpa!!! I don't know if you noticed that I have been pushing the project along, but it is like herding cats... three steps forward and two-and-a-half steps back! The re-fetch job is quite often getting interrupted by a Runtime limit exceeded
message. I AM trying to keep after it and I'll report here (probably on Monday) with any news.

I am reminded by another alert user here that Joomla is still not finished. We only have 1800 commits left to process but it is going incredibly slowly. I am monitoring the project and will keep you informed here.
