Stellarium project not updated

Closed

Alexander,

Rescheduled one enlistment which finished OK. A full update started immediately and also finished OK. Analysis page is now at Dec 23 2011 and last commit is at 2011-12-22.

Please remind me here if the project goes astray again.

Thanks for your patience!

Hi!

The Stellarium and Stellarium Website projects are not updated 3 months already - could you check why updating of both project are stuck again?

Thanks!

Alexander,

You may be a casualty of the HTTPS Everywhere movement. The old HTTP enlistment was coming up with a peculiar error on each of the last two or more updates. I have substituted a new enlistment using LaunchPad's own peculiar shorthand Bazaar addressing scheme, which we do recognize. We are running a new fetch now and hopefully we'll get a reliable long-term solution. I did enter the list of ignores as it was in the old enlistment and it should take effect with the first analysis. I was able to get the Stellarium Website project to finish OK without all the disruption and that one is finished now just with a new update and analysis.

Let me know if things don't settle down as you expect. I'll try to look in tomorrow if I can remember...

Thanks!

Oh! Stellarium Website is OK now, but Stellarium has notification Failed about 4 hours ago after substitution to the new scheme of enlistment. Could you check where is source of problem?

Alexander Wolf almost 8 years ago

Alexander,

I'm trying a new enlistment to see if it will pass. I THINK the problem may be that the fetch references private information that an anonymous user has no rights to. If this new fetch fails like the previous one did, we'll need to explore this further. I'll monitor and let you know.

Thanks!

P.S. I lost the ignore specification and you'll need to reconstruct it once we get the rest sorted. Sorry!

Update: No-go for this. I have pushed it up to management.

Apparently the problem of getting source code for Stellarium is deeper, than you proposed. Any news?

Thanks for hard work and patience!

Alexander,

The import step is failing in a new way I've not seen before. Not happening on the Website repository so there is something about the content of Stellarium that's tripping us up - size, complexity, number of commits? It is getting a good inspection from our best detectives. Please check in periodically for updates.

Thanks!
