According to your analysis, three.js has around -164K lines of Javascript. Yes, minus 164K lines.

This has been going on for... I don't know, maybe more than half a year. The code tree has recently been checked by your bot, so I don't know if you've got some sort of overflow at some point :)
I think I reported this some months ago but I can't quite locate where it was.
Soledad,
I think it might be a good idea if we started fresh. I'll re-fetch the repository and we'll see if that clears up the weirdness. If not, I'll have to escalate it to look for a bug. (Shudder!)
I notice there is an odd spike in September-October 2010 where the code soars from 6139 lines to 163k lines and then goes negative from there. How odd! Repo isn't too porky at 154 Mb so it shouldn't take forever to do.
Thanks!
Soledad,
You know, now that I look around, I wonder if ohcount is having problems with the packed javascripts I see here... Perhaps we need to ignore the directories that contain the packed javascripts and concentrate on the unpacked versions only... (There are unpacked versions, aren't there?) Just a thought. Let's wait until the re-fetch finishes...
Thanks!
Soledad,
Nevermind... Looks like the problem cleared itself after the re-fetch. Lines of javascript is now at 37,461 lines of code and that funky peak is still there... Must be real? I also noticed that the only file I could find that was minimized was gui.min.js
and the rest were fine from my spot check. Just jumping the gun, I guess.
I will monitor the project for at least one additional refresh cycle to be sure things stay on the rails!
Thanks!
Not sure about the spike in October... it might be one of those huge rewrites since the project is in early stages :-)
But it definitely makes more sense now! Yay! No more feeling like owing code to someone!
Thanks for looking into this, will let you know if I see something odd again.
Soledad,
So glad to help. If problems show up later, best plan is to let me know here... I'll get an e-mail reminder.
Thanks!
