Code analysis failes for pinapa

There are two URLs for two different branches, and both failed. What's surprising is that the files have been downloaded (clicking Choose files to ignore shows example files which do belong to the Pinapa tree).

Have sent an e-mail with details on the errors we are experiencing with the two enlistments. Your observations match with the way the failures have been happening; the problem does not show up until the line-counting phase of our processing.
I am going to escalate this issue to someone more senior who can maybe shed more light onto these errors and he will be in touch through this topic.
