A few of my projects haven't updated in about 3 weeks.
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/6010
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/5273
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4747
Just thought I'd give a nudge and see if that was an issue.
same here - http://www.ohloh.net/projects/5316/enlistments - 21 days.
Same here: http://www.ohloh.net/projects/6065/ - 21 days
Thanks,
Hagen.
Yes, we are running about 3 weeks behind, and are slowly catching up. I'll schedule all of these projects for update today.
Hi Robin,
Can you please include http://www.ohloh.net/projects/6451? It hasn't been updated for 22 days.
Many thanks in advance,
-Alex.
Done.
Thanks Robin!
Hi smk-ka,
I'm sorry to admit that the Drupal job stop is intentional. :-(
Somehow we managed to get behind by 6000 commits on this repository. At the pace the download was going, it was looking like it would take several days to complete just this one project. With that same server time, we could update over a thousand smaller projects.
Because we're so far behind, we opted for the 1,000 smaller projects.
Things are looking up. In the last 48 hours we've updated over 3,000 projects, and I expect us to be fully caught up after the weekend. At that point I'm hoping to be back on our daily update cycle, and at that point we can resume some of these big downloads.
Thanks for your patience. I'll be as happy as everyone else once we get this log jam behind us.
Ok, I know there have been a better reply, but I found that project:
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/3895?p=SPIP
that has been submitted in December and has never been fetched once. Is that normal, is the Project Update Status also listing that? because I don't see December in it.
mortimer: the problem with spip is that the network (or the server itself) is very flaky for us. We only get partway downloaded before the connection is broken. We've rescheduled it many times - but it's going to take a while. We're trying to rewrite the importer to improve this, but it might take a while.
hum, that's weird, the server is usually fine, I am not the webmaster, but I know it supports many websites and different svn repositories for a certain number of user without problems.
I changed the enlistment to svn://zone.spip.org/spip/spip, it might perhaps work better for you.
mortimer: I'm seeing strange behavior from zone.spip.org . What works one second fails the next. For example, on a seperate thread, I just mentioned that it worked for me. But 4 minutes later, it is failing for me again. Example:
at 11:39am
senegal$ svn ls svn://zone.spip.org/spip-zone/plugins/test/exif
BUG.txt
README.txt
REGLESDECOMMIT.txt
action/
exec/
extract/
inc/
modeles/
plugexif.php
plugin.xml
at 11:42am
senegal$ svn ls svn://zone.spip.org/spip-zone/plugins/test/exif
svn: Can't connect to host 'zone.spip.org': Connection refused
I can't explain why yet. Can anyone else try this and report back on this thread, please?
note: just edited the 11:42 blob - it wasn't edited properly.
(note that the second url is not the right one ;)
anyway, it's stable for me now, I don't get connection refused errors.
I sent an email to the spip-zone mailling list to report the problems. Thank you for spending time on that.
Another un-updated project: http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4454?p=Elisa
I don't think the posts are un-updated so much as not updated again. It looks like they're still behind now so the backlog is starting up again on these same projects. The ones I referred to are back up to 10 days again.
last update of http://www.ohloh.net/projects/3622 was in may :(
stephane: the problem with FSpot was that it still had an enlistment to anoncvs.gnome.org (as well as the newer subversion one). Suspecting that the subversion one should replace the cvs one, I deleted the cvs enlistment. It's now up-to-date. thanks for the update.
I am having a bit of a different update issue...
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/8254/enlistments
After about a week the first enlistment was upadatd, and now reads:
git://www.jukie.net/wmiirc-lua.git/
Ohloh update completed about 5 hours ago.
However the commits page does not seem to reflect the changes in the repo.
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/8254/commits
There has been many commits since Sep 10 2007 15:36.
TIA.
-Bart
Any news from the zone.spip.org projects connection success? the server still responds fine on my side.
It seem that other projects from SF are having problems:
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/8427/enlistments
And also from repo.or.cz git repository:
http://www.ohloh.net/projects/8426

@Bart,
It looks like several people are being affected by the same bug in our git importer. Evidently our system is not actually pulling changes in some cases. I've deployed a fix, hopefully this will resolve the problem. A new report from wmiirc-lua is being generated right now.
Robin, thanks.
I have also learned that having doubled my enlistments for redundancy was wrong; both my main git repo and the mirror are showing up in the commits
. I will fix that.
Thanks for the fix.
-Bart.
I am sorry for the double post earlier, there was a problem with the site just when I posted I think.
The git repositories seems to be catching up and the sourceforge project was updated correctly apparently. That's cool, thank you.
I submitted new projects from zone.spip.org and they were fetched without problems, but the one I submitted last week (and SPIP) are still marked as failed.
last update of http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4290?p=Panopticode was March 18th. Is there a problem I need to fix on my end?
Thanks,
Julias
Hi jrshaw,
the problem is that the project is enlisted in this subversion enlistment:
https://panopticode.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/panopticode/trunk/ -- which doesn't exist anymore. From doing an 'svn ls', I can only see:
under panopticode. I'm not sure which are appropriate, so I'll let you edit which of those directories it should be enlisted in instead. Thanks!
