I'm also i-MSCP developer, and I'm the responsible of this shit.
For the record, the sync fails since I've performed some tasks (moving directory) on the trunk. Can you enforce a complete resync on our repository ?

Started a re-fetch of the repository which completed OK. Some of these types of operations will confuse our system which will result in an aborted job. Please continue to notify us in this way should an update fail in the future and we'll be glad to give the system a kick-start if required.
