This is failing due to an error on Ohloh's side.
We have a fix for it ready to go, but we are unable to apply the fix until after we have migrated the servers from Chicago to Boston. This migration will be taking place in the next few weeks.
Once the migration is complete and we've applied the fix, I'll reply here and let you know :)
