There was some weird glitch on our side. I've corrected the problem and you should be all set now :)

The enlistment is stuck again, probably because we fixed some revisions on Bitbucket after Ohloh fetched them.

As you suspected, we were unable to sort out the relationships between the old-and-new revisions.
Started a re-fetch of the entire repo to clear up any problems. All jobs finished OK.
