Several projects indexed by Ohloh, such as OCaml, Coq, MLdonkey and Unison, are written predominantly in the Caml language
(http://caml.inria.fr/). This language is currently not recognized by Ohloh's analysis engine, causing the reported LOC counts for these projects to be wildly off.

Would you consider adding Caml support to your tools? The filename extensions for Caml source files are *.ml and *.mli . If you recognize languages by keywords in the source, I'd be happy to provide them.
