Howto add gitorious git repository?
Hi,
I started a repository on Gitorious and want to enlist it here at Ohloh.
As long as I understood, I just have to copy the git-URL into the project name
field (see e.g. Topic 435).
Unfortunately Ohloh returns No matching open source project found.
if I paste the URI git://gitorious.org/rpnagios/checkflexlm_rp.git and try to submit.
What am I doing wrong? As long as I know Gitorious hosts only opensource projects...
Have to respond to myself:
I tried it with a project from sourceforge and after creating it I had the option to add new enlistments while seeing the project page.
But now I want to add a opensource project that only exists on Gitorious. If I enter the name of it in the project name
field I only get the No matching open source project found.
error message.
Do I need to start it as a closed source project at ohloh?

Do not enter a URL in the project name
field.
To create a new project listing on Ohloh, visit this page and manually enter the data about your project. Do not enter any source control information on this page.
After you submit this form, you will be taken to a project summary page on Ohloh, where you will see a link labeled Where's the source code?
Follow this link to another form where you can enter information about your source control repository.
If you are still having trouble let me know and I will help to set up your project on Ohloh.
