Stuck at waiting in queue

Hello folks,

since yesterday 14 enlistments are still waiting in queue for this project.

The funny part is that if I add a new enlistment from the same repository, it's immediately downloaded... so something must be wrong with the pending ones... :-)

Hi deo,

This is at least partially by design: the new enlistments get higher priority than something our server scheduled because we know a real person is waiting for the results. Our system has been busy today with a number of new projects submitted by real people. I suspect this will resolve itself automatically over the next few hours as weekend traffic is generally a little lighter than weekday. If not, I'll increase the priority of these jobs by hand.

Thanks for adding the new enlistments!

Hi again deo, I looked into this a bit more since we weren't making program. It seems we're having trouble now connecting to Plone's SVN.

$ svn ls http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/PloneGazette/trunk
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/collective/PloneGazette/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/collective/PloneGazette/trunk': could not connect to server (http://svn.plone.org)

To check on the repository urls, I tried to read http://dev.plone.org/plone.org/wiki/SubversionAccess but it's failing. Perhaps there's a server problem or scheduled upgrade going on? I'll try again later.

Hello Andy,

first all, thanks for looking into this issue!

I just verified and the waiting queue is now down to one item... but 4 others have failed.

I'm not sure why they have failed, as I actually can checkout them out flawlessly.

May be it was just a temporary fail, the same that prevented you from access that wiki page, and it will be correctly processed in the next pass, let's see... :-)

Hi deo,

Thanks for keeping an eye on this.

I rescheduled the failed jobs and they've succeeded. All the downloads have completed and the analysis should run soon has completed. Let me know if it looks completely out of whack.
