Haiku project, problem after changing the repository url

Hi there,
our project recently changed the server from berlios.de to a new dedicated server.

A few weeks ago (around october 5 iirc) i changed the enlistment as suggested in the faq/forums and it seemed to go fine at first, that is, showing progress in the source code history download.

I was away for a few weeks and just checked again yesterday, it seems it still hasn't succeeded and is in a failed state for some reason.

Best regards, and thanks in advance,
Alex

Hi Alex,

It looks like this is a rather long, slow download for us.

That's not normally a problem, but it appears that we are occasionally being interrupted by some kind of networking problem or server disconnect. The problems are not permanent, and our system automatically reschedules another attempt.

The problem is that the Ohloh system uses a progressive delay between retries. After each failure, the system waits longer and longer before another attempt. We finally reach the point where we wait a week between attempts. That's where the Haiku download is currently trapped.

I've reset the retry delay for this download, so we won't have to wait so long for the job to restart after a failure, but we will probably continue to be interrupted by random connection problems. I'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks,
Robin

Hi, it seems the history download finally finished, but we're now stuck on the line counting step :)

Could you have a look?

Best regards,
Alex
