Negative line count on Yapeal

Seems for some reason that the counter has decided Yapeal, a PHP5 project, is now written in Javascript and has negative line count :( Could someone look into why it's getting it wrong and fit it please. I've test locally with ohcount and it seems to get it right so it's something just with site getting it wrong. It started about a week ago when Google Code was doing some maintenance but doesn't seem to be correcting itself since then.

I ran a clean recount of the project, and everything seems to be in order now. Let me know if anything is still out of place.
