ohloh knows my email address - how about it finds the projects out there that have git commits by me? just match up the emailaddress.
There's bound to be some code forks that i've never heard of that have my code in there.

I agree: in the long run, Ohloh should find associations between people and projects like this automatically.
Theoretically, there's no reason Ohloh can't find and report copied code globally. We're limited only by compute throughput, and the development time to get us there....
the development time isn't a problem -- just point out where we can get the source code.
