Issue with a project source updating

I think I have ended up confusing ohloh by changing our source repo locations around a bit for this project:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/dspace/enlistments

It seems to be stuck at updating since we moved the enlistments to the new location. Is it possible to clear/reset/kickstart this process somehow? It might also be that it is just taking awhile so the answer could very well be be patient. :-)

Hi Aaron,

Everything seems to be running normally, but slowly.

Our system automatically cancels and reschedules a job if it does not complete within 8 hours, which is what happened to this download.

It looks like we managed to download about 1/3 of the project history before the 8 hours ran out. At that pace, I imagine it will take another couple of days for the download to complete.

I'll add this project to my watch list just in case something goes wrong.

Thanks,
Robin

OK, cool. Maybe I need to take another look at the enlistments and try to trim things down.

This prompts another question actually... will ohloh automatically filter out things like tags and branches or do I need to list the trunk folders individually? The projects is very modular so there are 30 or so modules in the source tree with their own tags and branches.

No, Ohloh does not automatically filter tags and branches. Please do list the trunks individually.

If you enlist the tags and branches, Ohloh will redundantly count all of them as if it were simply additional code. This is a large burden on our servers, and can make the final reports very screwy.

OK, if I remove the current enlistment do you need to reset something or will ohloh be able to deal with it ok by itself?

I removed the general one and added in a chunk of the moduloes but ohloh says it has loaded them in 3 days ago:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/dspace/enlistments
However, the code analysis and list of committers is not even close to correct.
Does something need to be kicked over?
:-)

Are things any better now?

Just because Ohloh has already loaded a repository, that doesn't necessarily mean that the project has also been updated to reflect the repository contents.

Things look relatively sane on this project report now that the system has had time to sync up. Let me know if there's still something wrong.

Thanks,
Robin
