CodePlex enlistment failed

I have noticed that the enlistment for my project, SVN hosted on CodePlex, failed a long time ago.

What needs to be done to get it working again?

Hi James,
We received a series of 503 Service Unavailable
responses from the CodePlex server, and our system eventually gave up.
Everything seems OK now, so I've rescheduled the updates. I'll keep an eye on it today.
Also commiters usernames seems to be broken
