.zsh is used for zsh scripts, of which a project I am working on uses a lot of. It's a commonly used (and excellent) shell and scripting language, one of bash's closest rivals.
I'd also like to add that the current .bash or .sh parser would be suitable for parsing it, as it is almost identical to bash with a few great extensions.
Hi jpike,
I've opened a ticket for this feature request.
Our counter is currently in the midst of a rewrite, so it's a tricky time to be adding new features. However, once the rewrite has been merged in this should be easy to add.
Thanks,
Robin
Any news on that ?
Hello Julien
Since Black Duck acquired Ohloh we've been busy migrating servers, fixing critical bugs and better understanding the whole system.
We're now working on fixing some critical bugs in how we count certain data, some scaling issues on our back end and working on one of the most requested features, the ability to ignore directories/files.
The ZSH detection feature I entered into Black Duck's feature backlog myself. I don't think the actual code will take a lot of time, however we can't currently deploy this type of change until we've re-done some back end servers (15 of them). This may take a few weeks to complete.
I'll reply here once I know more.
Rest assured we have not forgotten :)
Okay, good luck with the important stuff, this can wait :)
Does anyone have the link to the feature request ticket ? The link given by Robin Luckey is broken.
