Bug/Suggestion: tooltips for Stacks icons should indicate the tool's name
If you go to someone's Stacks page (e.g. https://www.ohloh.net/accounts/vovkasm/stacks) and mouse over the icons of the projects they use, the tooltip is the same for each icon (e.g. My OSS Picks
in this case).
It would be more informative if the tooltip text were the title of that project.
