PHPDoc license declaration
I notice my project licenses are marked as Ohloh didn't find any such declarations in this project's source code
.
I'm using PHPDoc declarations like this:
- @license http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpal_1.0 Common Public Attribution License Version 1.0 (CPAL) license
(within a DocBlock comment block)
Is there any reason why Ohcount wouldn't recognise this?

Ohcount does not have the CPAL license in its list of known licenses.
If you want to take a crack at adding the license, the relevant source code is here. We'll be happy to take any patches :-).
