Enlistments Problems with the Instrument Element project

I think that the enlistments of the Instrument Element project is experiencing some problems.
The lust update is more than 1 month old and it is always in Waiting in queue.

Yes, it looks like we were having a lot of problems, but I think they may have been on our end. I've rescheduled the update and it's running now. I'll keep an eye on it.
